Caitlin & Larry McSweeney-Steffes own and operate Danu Hof - we raise heritage breed pigs and chickens (both meat and egg layers) on pasture, as well as grow an array of produce. We naturally raise all of our animals non-gmo, no hormones or antibiotics. All of our smoked meats are nitrate free and have no msg.
